Crisis can affect anyone at anytime. The need for emotional support or referral assistance is something most individuals encounter at some point in their lives.

Crisis Services: Volunteers of America 24 Hour Crisis Line offers     emotional support and crisis intervention to  individuals in crisis or considering suicide. In   addition to the 24 Hour Crisis Line, we also offer crisis services through Care Crisis Chat. Access to Mental Health Services: Our call center staffed with mental health clinicians who will help individuals with Medicaid determine their financial eligibility for outpatient mental health services. Our clinicians assist in enrolling eligible individuals in services with one of our NSMHA contracted  agencies.  Call 888-693-7200  to talk to a clinician M-F between 8:00am - 5:00pm.

 Northsound 2-1-1 : Our call center is focused on   increasing access to health and human services to meet community needs and get help into people’s hands. Our trained, local specialists are available to help callers find health and human service  information and referrals and other assistance to meet their specific needs.   Call 211  on your phone  M-F  between 6:30 am - 1:00 am to speak to an Information and Referral  Specialist.
