If you rent, manage or own a property in Snohomish, Island or Skagit Counties, call 800-280-4770 and we will discuss how disagreements can be resolved in one of two ways:

  1. Through phone conciliation services the Dispute Resolution Center, by acting as a neutral third party, will work with you and the other party to find a resolution to the dispute over the phone.  This service is available in situations involving evictions, 3 day pay or vacate notices or 10 day comply or vacate notices; or
  2. Through mediation the Dispute Resolution Center will guide a formal process that allows the two of you to meet and talk through your dispute with the help of two neutral mediators. 

Sometimes, resolving conflict is just a matter of getting the two parties to communicate, listen, and understand the other’s perspective. Once this happens, the parties usually arrive at a mutually satisfying agreement.  Dispute Resolution Center can assist you in creating resolutions to meet the needs of everyone involved.
