Help us provide holiday meals, inspire hope this season
For many local families, the long rainy winter months are the most difficult time of the year. Adding to their difficulty is the fact that the holiday season arrives and these struggling families are without holiday food or gifts to celebrate the holiday season with their family.
That’s where you come in!
An opportunity to provide holiday food and gifts for families, seniors, and individuals in need.
Enter Holiday Basket Program, a project that connects private sponsors with families, children, seniors and people with disabilities for holiday food. The success of the program is based on the generosity of our community members, and each year we witness inspiring acts of generosity and kindness that sustain many into the new year.
Last year we provided over 4,500 individuals with holiday food and gifts. Unfortunately, this success is overshadowed by those left unmatched and empty-handed, nearly double the number that we helped.
