Housing for Seniors and Veterans
The Theodora, located in northeast Seattle, offers quality independent living for low-income seniors, veterans and people with disabilities. For nearly 50 years, The Theodora has provided housing to some of the area’s most vulnerable people, with a caring, responsive staff who work to make it not just a place to live, but truly a place to call “home.”
The Theodora is owned by Volunteers of America’s national branch. With 16,000 affordable rental housing units across the country, the national branch is one of the nation’s largest nonprofit providers of quality, affordable housing for low and moderate-income households.
