Calendar of Events Renter Certification Training in Mountlake Terrace Tuesday July 20, 10 Time:  1:00pm   -   4:00pm Location: Mountlake Terrace Library 23300 58th Ave W Mountlake Terrace WA 98043 The goal of this program is to support renters who have problematic rental histories. Using training and one-on-one assistance, our landlord/tenant training specialists help individuals identify issues in their rental history preventing them from obtaining housing. Once these issues are identified, a personalized plan of action can be created to address the past, and move forward to begin to build a positive rental history.
