For the past 15 years, Volunteers of America’s Child Care Resource & Referral service has been responding to parent’s need for local child care referrals and early learning  information in Snohomish and Skagit County. We partner with the Washington State Department of Early Learning’s Licensing Division, local Licensed child care programs, the Washington State Child Care Resource & Referral Network and the National Association of Child Care Resource & Referral Agencies (NACCRRA) to maintain the CCR&R child care referral database - a specialized on-line Child Care Resource & Referral Database of nearly 1,000 Licensed child care programs.

Our CCR&R Parent Information & Referral Specialists are professionaly trained to assit you in making one of the most important decisions for you and your child’s well being - selecting a quality child care program. Whether looking for infant care, school-age care, a preschool program or part-time care, your CCR&R program is your most trusted local resource for child care referrals and information about early care and education.
