Give Seniors in Need Help to Maintain their Independence.
We need YOUR help to help more.

Our senior programs foster independence, and provide just enough support - a meal, transportation, lively conversation, or help with daily living - so that individuals can lead self-directed lives. We need your support to address these needs for seniors in our community.

Indicate which gift level below is right for you by clicking in the appropriate circle, or write in your own amount at the bottom. By then pushing "donate now", you will be directed to an online donation screen to process your gift.

Crisis Hotline - $50
You can ensure that seniors who call for help with acute or chronic mental health problems receive the care that they need. Some of these seniors live in very isolated conditions, have declining social circles or are prone to depression. Others are managing life-long mental illnesses

Home Food Delivery for the Homebound - $100
Your gift provides home delivery of fresh produce to a homebound senior or person living with a disability or illness. Homebound people -especially those with an illness - often have no way of getting healthy food. These monthly deliveries are a vital lifeline for hundreds of people in our community.

Companions for Independence - $ 250
You can help a senior remain independent in their home by supporting our companion program. The program provides high-quality personal assistance with daily activities, reducing the sense of isolation and depression that seniors and adults with disabilities often experience.

Rent and Mortgage Assistance - $500
You can help keep a senior on a fixed income from disruption - or even homelessness - when an unexpected expense means they are late or unable to pay their rent or mortgage. Allowing a senior to remain in permanent housing not only minimizes stress and anxiety, but also avoids exponentially elevated costs associated with assisted living facilities.
