Homelessness Prevention

Homelessness Prevention

Every family, every child, every citizen of our community should have a place to call home. Our Homelessness Prevention Services is designed to work with the family to address and resolve the issues and obstacles that contributed to the problem. We focus on self sufficiency so once families leave our program, we are confident they will maintain stable housing.

The Homeless Services program provides intensive case management, rental assistance and other supportive services to homeless individuals and families with children.

Our program succeeds because we provide comprehensive, supportive services that help participants realize and use the strengths they possess. We understand that each individual will have their own unique situation, which is why we develop a tailored plan for each person and give them the skills they need for self-suffiency in the future.
