Our Programs

Our Housing programs include a wide variety of services to fit your needs. If you are unsure if you qualify, call 2-1-1 to explore your options.

 

During winter, we offer Cold Weather Shelters from Nov 1-March 15, when temperatures are forecasted to be 34° or below. Check back on Nov 1 for more information.

Rapid Rehousing

Rapid Rehousing (“RRH”) is offered on a limited basis in coordination with Snohomish County and is subject to available funding. RRH provides short-term rental assistance to help people obtain housing quickly, increase self-sufficiency, and stay housed. Resources and services provided are typically tailored to the needs of the individual.

ERPP Concluded as of 6/30/2023

Dear Community Members,

We write to you today with an important update regarding the Eviction Resolution Pilot Program (ERPP). Since its inception, ERPP has been instrumental in serving the community and fostering important resolutions. We appreciate the unwavering commitment from each participant in making this program a success.

Please be informed that as of June 30, 2023, the ERPP has officially concluded.

While this signifies the end of one successful chapter, it does not mean an end to our mission. We remain committed to providing continuous support to those who need it most and encourage everyone to explore the variety of other options that are available.
