When you call, our Information and Referral Specialists access a special database to find the right resources for the need. This database is constantly edited and improved, ensuring that we have the most comprehensive information on local services and resources.

The COVID Community Outreach Counselors are the outreach arm of 2-1-1.


The team conducts outreach at food banks, community centers, and other locations to connect our neighbors with information and referrals for basic needs.


Our CCOC staff are especially helpful for those who may have multiple needs and need assistance with navigating various services.


To connect with the CCOC team, please call 2-1-1 to see if you are eligible for services. They are available to meet with people Monday-Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm and by appointment.

2021 Rental Assistance Information


Qualified Snohomish County Households may be able to receive one-time assistance for past due rent.
