ABOUT THIS COURSE

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Training - Creating Belonging in the Workplace equips participants with essential knowledge and skills to foster an inclusive organizational culture. Beginning with an overview of DEI and its significance, sessions explore the benefits and challenges, offering practical solutions. Participants learn to initiate and sustain DEI efforts through actionable steps and the development of personalized action plans. Emphasis is placed on cultivating a sense of belonging among employees through inclusive strategies. Exploring various DEI frameworks and effective practices, attendees assess their applicability to promote diversity and equity. Strategies for attracting and retaining diverse talent are discussed to enhance workplace inclusivity. The training concludes with a summary of key insights, commitments to action, and interactive Q&A to apply DEI principles in real-world scenarios effectively.
