ABOUT THIS COURSE
The "Developing Trust in the Workplace" training course offers a comprehensive exploration of trust dynamics, focusing on building, maintaining, and repairing trust in professional settings. Participants begin by defining trust through the Sincerity, Reliability, Care, and Competence model while exploring personal perspectives on trust and its impact on communication. They delve into the components of the trust model, learning to demonstrate sincerity, maintain reliability, show care, and develop necessary competencies. Practical exercises and discussions help participants navigate the cycle of commitment and prevent miscommunication. The course also addresses strategies for identifying and repairing broken trust, including effective apologies. Participants gain skills in giving and receiving feedback using the 6 "I" formats, fostering open and constructive communication.
