ABOUT THIS COURSE

Family Mediation Training teaches mediators how to handle difficult family conflicts with a focus on divorce issues. Understanding how to manage these volatile family dynamics will expand a mediator’s skill set and allow them to mediate all situations with a better understanding of human interactions. Lectures and practices will allow students an opportunity to learn the information and practice the skills they are taught. In this 24 hour interactive training, we will cover: - The process of a dissolution - Cycle of emotion associated with grief and loss - How to help clients create effective parenting plans - Tips for handling common divorce issues ** Note that all times listed are PST ** Use code FMT02 through January 23 to save $45 on your individual registration fee.
