When you call, our Information and Referral Specialists access a special database to find the right resources for the need. This database is constantly edited and improved, ensuring that we have the most comprehensive information on local services and resources.

  • A 211 specialist will assess your needs

  • You will then be matched with an available service in your area

  • The 211 specialist will continue to work with you to ensure your needs have been met.
