Community Supports

Foundational Community Supports or FCS serves as a benefit for individuals on Medicaid (AppleHealth). This program offers two services: Supportive Housing and Supported Employment to those living in Snohomish County.

Supportive Housing Services

  • Comprehensive personalized housing assessment to understand your needs, strengths, and goals

  • Housing search (specialist will research housing options with you)

  • Landlord Outreach (specialist will meet with landlords on your behalf for communication or conflict resolution services)

  • Soft skills building (creating a rental resume, renter’s certification trainings, etc)

  • Provide you with resources to address your housing barriers

Supportive Housing

  • Must be 18 or older

  • Medicaid (Apple Health) eligible

  • Have a complex need

    • Risk factor

    • Complex health need

Supported Employment

  • Must be 16 or older

  • Medicaid (Apple Health) eligible

  • Have a complex need

    • Risk factor

    • Complex health need
