This product is a collaboration between the Dispute Resolution Center of Snohomish, Island and Skagit Counties and mediator/author Vivian Scott.  Designed as a lighthearted yet informative look at resolving conflicts in the workplace, we worked hard to incorporate our skills, knowledge and experience into a fun and educational resource for everyone.  By focusing both on theory and practical how-to skills, we’ve created a user-friendly guide that covers a broad range of topics from dealing with a difficult boss, to tips for facilitating disagreements in a large group setting, to a "top ten" list of things an employee can control even in the midst of chaos.
